At Xpertios, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how our FileOps service handles your data when you use it through a Custom GPT.

1. Data Collection

We only collect files that you explicitly upload through our Magic Link interface. This includes PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and ZIP files. We do not collect any personal information unless it is contained within the files you upload.

2. Data Usage

The uploaded files are processed solely for the purpose of extracting text and structured data to be provided to the Custom GPT. This allows the GPT to analyze the content of your documents as requested.

3. Data Retention

In this version (v1), files are stored temporarily on our server to facilitate processing and retrieval by the GPT. We implement periodic cleanup processes to remove old files.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and API Key authentication, to protect your data during transit and at rest.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your files or data with any third parties except for the OpenAI Custom GPT framework which requests the data on your behalf.
